Terms of Service

Effective October 26, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Voraus LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company based in Seattle, Washington, which makes SampleROI. By using SampleROI, you agree to them. If you use SampleROI for a company or for clients, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms for them.

1. The service

SampleROI analyzes your TikTok Shop free-sample program. It matches samples to the sales they drove, flags creators who claim samples and don't sell, and recommends where to send samples next. It connects only through the official TikTok Shop Open API, using an authorization you grant and can revoke at any time.

SampleROI is read-only by default. Any feature that would change your shop is off unless you turn it on, and each change needs your approval first. You are responsible for the changes you approve.

2. Your account and shop

• Connect only shops you own or are authorized to manage.
• Follow TikTok Shop's own policies. SampleROI does not change what TikTok allows.
• Keep your login details safe, and tell us if you think someone else is using your account.

3. Acceptable use

Don't use SampleROI to spam creators, get around TikTok's limits, scrape data, break the law, or reverse-engineer or overload the service.

4. Plans, billing and refunds

• Plans and prices are listed at sampleroi.com/#pricing. Paid plans renew monthly or yearly until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• 30-day money-back guarantee: if you're not happy within 30 days of your first paid charge, email hello@sampleroi.com and we'll refund it in full.
• We'll give you at least 30 days' notice of any price change for your plan. Founding-customer price locks are honored for the period we promised.

5. Your data

Your shop data stays yours. You allow us to use it only to provide SampleROI to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. We never sell it.

6. Recommendations are not guarantees

SampleROI's scores, estimates and recommendations are based on the data available to it, and that data can be incomplete or delayed. They are decision support, not a promise of results. Sales and GMV outcomes depend on many things outside our control.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep SampleROI available, but we can't promise it will be uninterrupted. TikTok can change or limit its API, and that may affect features. We may improve or change SampleROI over time and will tell you before any material change that reduces what your plan includes.

8. Disclaimers and limits

SampleROI is provided "as is", to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, Voraus is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages or lost profits. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Ending the agreement

You can stop using SampleROI and revoke its access at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are seriously breached. When your use ends, we delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
